Using NI battery 1.0.4 under sonar 3 and direct xer 2.5. When I go to options to set a device that is supposed to load akai from (i.e. my CD drive) there is no device listed and it will not let me type one out. Using XP. Anybody know how to get battery to recognize my CD drive. The operating system and all other programs see the drives fine.

i recall having this problem, though the memory is hazy. i think there were ASPI drivers missing or something.

PS RMIV is better, except it can't import battery kits or Akai patches.
