HEHE - I DIDN#T (god damn valley couldn't you use another key for activating mkey Mad Laughing ) know ruction.... seems to be somewhat similar...

but iDrum can load as many drumsamples as you want / or have on your hard drive.... instead of just eight

but eight is good enough for me until Art makes a PC port

thanks

The only thing that keeps me sane when I think about Bitshift is that v1.0 does what it was supposed to do, and that's why I bought it. As soon as I start thinking about "updates" (which I affectionately refer to as "bug introducers" when it comes to Bitshift), I just get angry.

well it could be that it's some sort of audiounit graphic .....when you take a look at your windows sound properties you'll find something similar and that's skinnable, too.....

could be something like this - have no clue though tbh Rolling Eyes

"tell you what, it looks an *awful* lot like garage band"

I thought it WAS garage band. LOL. I had to look closely at the picture to see that it wasn't. Same thing with the Fhat Factory box. It looked so much like a Native Instruments box that Future Music magazine stated that it was by Native instruments and corrected themselves the next issue. Maybe it's all coincidental.

The website has been updated with iDrum info. Sure does look like a Ruction clone but without the filters. And only 16 steps per pattern? Come on bitshift.. ugh I mean Glaresoft. You can give the people more steps!

Glaresoft, eh? That website is the most perfect Apple website design ripoff I've ever seen. Respect! Cool

However, this...

... is a cool feature! Cool

I swear, the bitterness of PC users never fails to amaze me. This is a really cool instrument. Really easy to use and super cheap. Everytime bitshift comes up you all start whining. You really should get over it.

I'm always amazed at how legitimate complaints made by PC users are always viewed as "whining" by a Mac users.

Almost every whine that I've seen has to do with Bitshift's support. I don't think too many people give a damn that he's dropping pc for future products.

I swear, the whinyness of PC users when Mac users make inflamitory statements, never ceases to amaze me. Rolling Eyes

Clearly that is intentional - as is it's resemblance to GarageBand. It's all about "seamless" integration.

But what in the world is a "dope" drum sample? - is this some sort of cool street speak man Smile

Bitshift made a great VST and I still use it. I was on Mac until last year, so I've seen both sides. The problem with Bitshift was the support, or lack of it. I don't mind that he went to a single plateform, there are a bunch of PC developers, but don't tell me an update is in the near future and then NOTHING! A promise should be kept, or explained why it isn't.

If I went or go back to Mac, I won't go near iDrum.

Still looks like Ruction Rolling Eyes
