what softsynth is good at recreating those typical detroit pads and strings? i found the swirl waveform on crystal can produce something that comes close, but just not close enough to my liking. | ||

It's a reaktor ensemble that was also on a Future Music or Computer Music cover disk as a freebie. Flipping through the presets made me think of Derrick May. | ||

You can make that sound one almoust every synth!
First make a nice pad and then set one osc to +7. That osc will play for example G1 when the other two plays C1. Play chords with that setting and dream away! |
