Hi!
I have Real Guitar and would like to know if VSL Concert Guitar is a good improvement for nylon guitars? Perhaps Pure guitars also?

Thanks for the tips, just checked out the VSL and the YellowTools Pure Guitar.

I also have RealGuitar. I don't use it all that much, nor am I an expert with it but both VLS Concert Guitar and Pure Guitar sound better to my ear, at least judging by the demos.

FWIW I have heard Edirol SuperQuartet recommeded for guitar before, and have listened to the demos, which also sound great. You might want to check it out at http://www.edirol.com/products/info/superQuartet.html . Bonus is you get piano, drums, and bass with it.

Regards,
Mike

Hi!
Edirol Super Quartet is a nice plug in but not for serious music creation ie final mix. Since I need to go all sampled I need the most realistic samples possible. Real Guitar is very nice to my ears. The stereo steel is great and the nylon is good also but Ive heard that perhaps the VSL or Pure Guitar nylon could be better. The Super Quartet is not in the same league as I only use it sometimes for percussion and some DX7 types of Rhodes sound.
