hey..Please go to listen some Italy dance music.You should find vocal very good.

I think it isn't vocoder plug in...

But, how to do it like as effect..do you know?

Plus, I do think that vocoders are used.

[edit]Plus, when they obviously didn't, it was just voice, comp, eq and italy-voice again

maybe chorus

or flangers

i think most of them make heavy use of autotuners (antares) like myself Very Happy
