Which vst instrument is good at making those dark resonant growls like Matthew Dekay uses in 'Eyes Wide Shut'
I achieved some similar sounds with Albino 2 but not as dark and fat as I want them.

Dont know the music you're talking about, but I'd personally run summat thru a phase vocoder-type pitchshifter or octaver. I quite like using two or three instances of the octaver in the FX portion of Slayer2 for that sorta thing, or something like SpectralMonkeyage (no longer available) or SpectrumWorx (has a 'SpectralMonkeyage' preset Smile )
