You actually do the beat-counting on the web page, tap-tempo with mouse or keyboard.

Haven't tested it too much but seems very handy.

exponent - makers of the excellent Delta fx plugs have a handy set of progs called s-call. Does the trick!

analog x have a standalone one that does the same thing. rather than having to visit a webpage.
