can anybody tell me which synth i can use and how to get near to the soundstyle of bennybenassi bass!?

It's very simple and pure "sawtooth" waveform with a little exiter on it maybe, almost every synth can produce it.

This issue has become sort of taboo around here so don't expect many replies. The benassi sound is a typical detuned saw with unison and a low pass with around 20-40 % resonance and a small glide time. To get the pumping sound though you need to get a compressor and sidechain with the kick.
