Seem like it cannot be found anywhere in the US. Did anyone happen to get their hands on a copy in the States?

Good question, since they made now VirtualBass player,
or so for Steinberg... Maybe they droped it. Anyway it is/was "only"?? available thru there website, as far as I remember.

I get the impression that Sven Bornemark (the developer of Virtual Guitarist, Groove Agent and Broomestick Bass) splitt off from Steinberg. I think Steinberg separately developed its Virtual Bass, but I could be wrong.
Anyway, try this link to get additional information: http://www.bornemark.se/bb/ jeffn1

I'd ask Granny Weatherwax. She knows a lot about broomsticks.

Yes, demo is nice, and was made with Dave Brown too (who made QuantumFX and other plugins)

Hi guys.
We have shipped of the first boxes to the US this week. I know you will be able to find BroomstickBass at Sweetwater, Audiomidi.com and SamAsh within a week or so. We hope to have more dealers up and running soon. |
