is there anyway to automate spectrasonics atmosphere without any external controller? how?

I tried in Tracktion.
The only thing I can automate is the Dry and Wet levels. You can do much more with Stylus RMX. I hope we will be able to do it all with Atmosphere2 | ||

Well it depends on what you're trying to do specifically. You can also in most hosts (I use studio and it's dead simple to do) just arm the track in song mode, then move the sliders. | ||

There is a way - In cubase 5.1 I'd select a synth I could automate,
then select Atmosphere on the same midi chanel .Next, route output of the first synth to Atmo and record automation of 1st synth . Not sure if this works in SX or other hosts as my music system has been down for a while but I used this succesfully to sweep Atmo filters. definately worth having a play with. RGDS | ||

What I meant was/is while the track is in song mode, make an automation channel for the overall song, and on that pattern/channel, just move the sliders in the plug-ins interface. For example, moving the master filter. |
