Thought I would pass this along... I recently purchased Absynth 2 for $200 at Guitar Center here in Portland Oregon. GC is currently closing out their remaining stock.

If you hurry, you might get a cheap copy of Absynth 2 before they're gone. You can then upgrade to V3 for $19. Pretty slick, huh.

Here is a what NI says about upgrading recent purchases of AB2 to AB3.

If your local GC doesn't have any in stock, have them check other state locations and get it shipped to you. I know Washington and California sites still have them in stock as of 12/29/04.

Also, I believe the new closeout price is $149.
