I'm not sure any of us have worked with the Neptunes here, so you are not likely to find the answers you seek. Most answers would just be a lot of gas.

Only way to know for sure would be to send them an email. They even have their own forum to make it easy for you.

If you look at the video it looks like a korg lambda es-50 Question but I could be wrong, or it's possible they just used that for the video and used a completely different sound for the actual track.
