i'll comment as i missed the first post Very Happy

nice.

there is a strange instability in this track that makes it not really an ambient track (just listen to most Normal or Mystahr's track to hear what's the real "ambient" feel Very Happy ). i don't know really. probably the drums part, the stereo panning and the delay involved.

but that's cool.

hummm.... well I relly dont know all those eletronic styles.......
I just classified it this way cause for me.... it seem an ambient track..........

not ambient but some nice alternative chillout maybe Confused Smile

i like it, got that old echo filter stuff on the drums, but maybe let the drum echo go of for a spinn, push the feedback beyond 50% until it distorts a little...
I think you could remove some reverb from the piano to make it more present, dont be shy, its a good tune back there in the reverb tails Smile

The drums are processed with Antares Filter..... wich is the best thing that happened in my musical life in the last months.... Smile

for examples of some great chillout take a listen at http://www.di.fm/, and then to the chillout channel.

the best IMO are shpongle and OTT at twisted.co.uk.
