	Just wondering if any of you fellow Sonic Synth users have successfully got the free sounds of Mello Zone and VINTAGE VOLTAGE? I can't find the option in the registered user area...

	They had one mellozone sound up for a day and then it was gone. I e-mailed ST tech support and they said the sounds would be up by the end of that week, but that was like 2 and a half weeks ago.

	Jason, I've missed your reply. Sorry. Just received an e-mail from IK, told me the new Free Sounds are for XL/L users only. Err. I can live with it...

	Is this really the case? I would think that they would work with Sampletank LE as well. Or is it that they won't let you download it unless you own Lor XL. If that is the case then this is lame IMO. Downloading free sounds (which include some free sounds we donated from Sonic Synth) should be something that you could check out as long as you have any commercially released Sampletank module. Personally, it should even work with Sampletank FREE as well but it can't yet because sounds have to be specially coded to do that and this will change in the future. I think you are either mistaken about it only being for L and XL users or that they are making it a stipulation which I think is not a good idea...unless we are talking about a lot of sounds here. Anyway, the idea I thought was to entice people to buy those other products by giving away some sounds from them... Maybe Jason knows what the deal is with this.

	...mmm. Let me rephrase, pls pardon my English. I mean, when they first launched the Mello Zone and VINTAGE VOLTAGE e-roms, it's said there would be 15 free sounds for LE/L/XL users to download. Now, LE users are not included. According to the reply I just got, the IK support lady said she "believes" this is the case. I like your idea better, Squids. Also, it's nice when someone actually knows what the case is. I know it's confusing but it's important to have the facts straight. It doesn't make sense to me that LE users would not be included. Does that mean that they DON'T want to sell Mellow Zone to an LE user? I am sure they do. Personally, I like when things make sense. Although, if they are using this as an incentive or a bonus for just people that bought L or XL then that's okay I guess... I am curious to see if they require you to own L or XL if you are to download the free sounds we gave them from Sonic Synth. I hope not. Well, at least for our Sonic Reality free sounds we offer them to anyone who has the ability to play them (as in anyone with L, XL or LE) on www.esoundz.com The idea is that we want people to play our sounds and see how cool they are so they can be that much more excited about buying it! Makes sense to me.

	I can confirm that they are there for XL users, as they are in my user area.

	This is directly off of IKs News Page "15 new free sounds for registered users Registered XL, L, DJ and LE users can have a free sampler of Vintage Voltage, MelloZone and SonicSynth in the user area by downloading 15 full SampleTank sounds. 5 analog and vintage sounds from Vintage Voltage and Mello Zone plus 10 sounds from the highly acclaimed Sonic Synth of Sonic Reality/eSoundZ. Download it now here." It seems like they changed the plan at the last minute or something. They should at the very least either put the sounds up for everyone like it says on they are on their website, or take that paragraph off the site.

	Seems that there were a mistake and the 15 sounds are finally available also for LE users now. Enjoy!!!

	Could someone please list those free LE sounds for me? My user are has HQ Piano Vintage Voltage Mello Zone and the three Sonic Synth tastes (which I already had from esoundz) Is the #15 a sum total of all the content? Cheers prog PS. Anyone here familiar with a band called Ayreon? I like some of the Phat synths in "The Dream Sequencer". Hint hint
