Anyone know of one other then the one in
Voxengo PHA-979?
I have all the arbitrary phase shifting tools I need but I would like a multi-band correlation meter.

I don't know of a VST solution, but there's a standalone by Joachim of Buzzmachines fame that might do the trick for you... graphic display and you can stretch it across your display(s) as needed. Check out display #6.
