I want to like this and maybe I will but.......... no matter what I do I can't get a usable sound out of it. Clean, dirty, compressed, uncompressed, reverb or no. Almost every time I hit one note it is followed by a little click. Very annoying. I'm testing standalone OS 10.4.11, nothing else running, 4 different buffers, 2 different input paths (both top notch) 44.1 and 48k

I've lowered the volume to absurdity, tried one amp, no stomps, rack, nothing. Still clicks. Just awful. Sometimes for a little variation it decides to click with the note instead of waiting a half a second. Never seen anything like it. Maybe I missed something but my system hasn't popped or clicked for the last 10 years and I run some very heavy sessions with 500 stereo voices streaming, 12 VIs triggering samples in real time, 12 stereo audio tracks playing (as an example)

What gives?

I dunno. I suppose going to prefs and turning off high res and oversamples doesn't work?

I figured it out. It was a clocking issue. (it always is) I'd set my card to internal clock instead of slaving it to my A/D convertor. Just in case anyone wonders.
