saw or sqare wave with pitch envelope no atack small decay no sustain and release+ lowpass filter and similar envelope.

I believe the main sound is actually Nexus 1 - percussive bass 2 preset, delay at 1/16, 50% mix + boost around 200 hz and 2Khz, possibly sausage fattener, compress and season to taste.
