Lockout on FL Synths?

Do the synth plugins in FL Studio - 3X Osc and SimSynth to name two - come with a lockout that prevents them from working in other programs?

Under Orion Platinum, I made a path to the Fruity Generator folder to use the synth DLLs, but none are detected nor even showing up in Orion.

Advice? Suggestions?

Those synths aren't in vst format: they're in fl's own plug in format.
Which is why they don't show up in another host
edit: a workaround is to load flstudio as a vsti in orion
