Hello,
I use Kontakt as a vst in ableton.
Very often, the kontakt sounds cut.
So I have to restart kontakt and then it's ok.
Is there a way to fix that?
And is it a common problem?
I don't have this problem with the kontakt standalone.

Click on the "Engine" tab and select Bounce Mode and see if that stops the note cutting problem.
(which seems to be problematic in quite a few hosts)
Also, does the CPU meter pop into red for a millisecond when the notes cut out?

hi,
cpu : no red
disk : red
for now, it's ok. I'll try bounce when problem is back.
Fandango I've read your tread about FL and K2 : "On the wrapper window, select the drop-down menu next to the folder icon.
Select "Use fixed size buffers"
Notes play with full polyphony, no CPU meter panics and no note cut-offs."
Is there a similar option in Ableton?

You do know that Kontakt streams samples from the HD as default ? If the disk meter is in the red my guess is that it can't keep up with the load. Try and play samples from RAM instead.
