Would anyone happen to have the Novuzeit plugins? I managed to find a few of em via archive, but most of em I can't seem to find anywhere. Thanks in advance.

A really long shot, but I'll ask anyway. Kassiopeia 2.0?

Downloaded -- Yay! Thanks, Bob.
Now, if only someone would update the KVR page... it doesn't even say "No Longer Available".
I've included the link in the comments section.
Edit: I sent a private message to Jez (he's a fellow KVRian) and got a Mediafire link to Kassiopeia! 2.1; you guys rock (funk, trance, EDM, whatev's)!

Thanks Big Busker, thanks Jez, I wondered why Kassiopeia!2.1 seemed familiar but I had no record of it...........

I too use McAfee and in the last 4 or 5 weeks it has suddenly been quarantining SPRING2.sem though I just restore it. Having just had a quick look into it, there may be a version of the file that is accepted by McAfee and one that is quarantined.

Well, 6 years later it's still active !hersoot wrote:I contacted Sonic Assault about a problem that my McAfee AV was having with Kassiopeia!2.0. Jez sent me a link to an updated .dll file. I'm happy to say that on my computer McAfee AV has no problem with Kassiopeia!2.1.
I asked Jez if I could post the link to the updated .dll file on the KVR forum and he kindly said yes. (For some reason his Sonic Assault site is locked and he's unable to upload to it).

According to Jez, besides having a later version of the POLYPHONY_CONTROL.SEP module it also has a number of bug fixes and the polyphony is increased to 16 notes.
BTW I don't know for how long the link will be active.

Kassiopeia! rides one final time.
Kassiopeia! 2.2 - http://www.mediafire.com/file/j6l07a7bc ... %212.2.zip
This is the last unreleased version of Kassiopeia!. And as recently told Big Busker, I can’t do anything with my old stuff any more as many of the third party modules used to create them are no longer supported. So either this version works, or it doesn’t.
Having said that, the only difference in version 2.2 is the envelope’s Level and Rate controls are now editable. It doesn’t work on the DCO envelope’s Level control, however.
Simply highlight any one of the envelope stages, then click either the Level or Rate readouts above the envelope display and you can manually enter a required value. In many ways this makes setting up the envelope's Level and Rate values far easier than using the mouse. Especially if you happen to have a slightly twitchy mouse pointer.
Best… Jez

Wondering if anyone could help me clarify something.
Did Steinberg ever release free legacy versions of some of their effects a while back?
VST Effects that did not require Cubase to run? I found some on their ftp site but they require Cubase or Nuendo.
I found a list and have seen some pictures, here are some of the ones I am referring to....
Overdrive 1.1.0
DaTube
True Tape 1.5
Fuzzbox (Electro Fuzz)
QuadraFuzz 1.0.0
Metalizer
Chopper
TranceFormer
Symphonic
Rotary
RingModulator 1.0
Bitcrusher 1.0
Mysterizer
TranceMitter
Grungelizer
DeEsser
Obviously if they are not free, then forget about it, but just wondering if any older versions of these were ever released as free legacy downloads? That work as VSTs that do not require Cubase to function. I remember seeing pictures and maybe video of people using some of these with non-Steinberg DAW products, so at one time they must have been released as VSTs at some point.
Thank You for any information shared.

The free stuff was called ''VST Classics'' as far as I remember.
VST Classics 1
VST Classics 2
