Does anybody know what is this company and what kind of software instruments these are?

Judging from the screenshots there, I'm guessing this stuff was made with Synthmaker.

Bearing in mind they're probably synthmaker creations then you would expect to get both vsti and standalone versions. The emphasis on standalone is probably just to appeal to newbs.

looking at the images of their minimoog and sh101 emulations on the matrixsynth link posted earlier, I'd say that synthmaker is quite likely.

I am not so familiar with Synthmaker-plugs...
to solve this riddle can be done when the thing is on the PC.
have the seller mailed about vsti or not

It is definitely synthmaker. The preset manager is straight from the wiki.
