Oh.. and apparently.. it's been massively pirated in Russia and through various parts of Europe.
So you can google around for it as well..

Personally quite interested in buying Electri6ity. Given the tone of those trying to bash it in an effort to upsale a product I don't care for though, I doubt if I would buy it used through this forum. So far the lowest price I've seen for it new was $256.00 (but couldn't get to a place were I could jump on it at the time).

Nope.. still working on it. I'll be a while.bill45 wrote:Rick, I was under the impression that your second album is out.
I'm still experimenting with some ideas.. and I need to get my hands on Acou6tics.
The Ample Sound acoustics aren't going to work out because I need to be able to drop tune everything a lot further than their very limited, maximum.. whole step.

I've gotten similar clean tones with Guitar Rig.
Not sure which Electri6ity guitars I used.. but here's an example (the clean guitars near the beginning of this track):

What amp/cab sim are you using?

Nice chords at 39 and 43ish I'm just using the standard one in Ele6 but will get Amplitude. Still getting used of the program. I have more of an issue loading multiple instances of contact in Cubase and working out the expression maps. Ele6 is OK though there is a lot of tweaking to get the right articulations
I guess one of the fender reverb cabs with a nice echo delay, quadraverb, chorus with a touch of distortion might do the trick.
Do you use multis in ele6?
Calagat

Cool tune! And it sounds like the Tele to me.progtronic wrote:I've gotten similar clean tones with Guitar Rig.

The built-in fx in Electri6ity are really limited. AmpliTube (is what I assume you meant) will definitely be a step up.Calagat wrote:Nice chords at 39 and 43ish I'm just using the standard one in Ele6 but will get Amplitude. Took me months to get the hang of programming Electri6ity and Guitar Rig tones.. and still learning. Don't be discouraged.
I just use single instruments in Electri6ity. They are really ram hungry (I don't disk stream).. can't imaging trying to stack them up.

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to chime in again and let you know that Acou6tics is now available for preordering. We took a lot of the feedback here when working on the new engine.

Yep.. pre-ordered already.
Not really impressed with the first couple of song demos at big fish though.. would like to hear examples with just raw guitars.
