I think there is a fix;

MoS was seeing midichords as an instrument and not a midi effect.

fixing now, will be back......

Fixed. It needed to see it as a vst midi effect instead of a vst instrument.

Great to hear that it works! Can you explain how you fixed it? I wonder if there is a way to make it automatically show up as a midi effect...

midiChords 1.0.7 uploaded:
- Can read absolute note names (with octave number) for text input/paste
- Should load as effect in Open Labs MOS
- "?" button to show some info
- Checks same folder as plugin file for keyfile
- Option to send CCs on all channels

they dont mean you can covert it to a midi effect , such as a midi plugin like the mfx midi plugins?

id love this in a midi plugin version, and id flip if there was a way to run vst plugins in the midi plugin slots but im pretty sure its 2 different formats.

right?

No, by "midi effect" I mean a VST effect that has midi output. I tried to make a VST to MFX wrapper but never finished it... I would rather do that than port individual plugins.

wow, a wrapper would be just dreamy, but i sniff the smell of the impossible. i dont know any programming at all really but its just a feeling.

not sure how many people would be using it also, tho i would right off the bat.

midi plugin aside i think you nailed the design on midichords!

Can I route the midi output?
Right now it seems it only goes out of CH 1.

Right now the output channel can be set per chord note. The slider above the Learn button sets the channel for inputting chords, but once they're input there's not an easy way to change it. I'll add some functions for this...

For now you could put a channelizer plugin after it.
