I've just bought it, it's brilliant, here's the specs:

But really annoying tape noise from when notes decline. When note fades out the noise gose away. Really unusable in that sense.
I reacted to the Studer A800 as recording device. I mean it's nice with a tape for a full recording, but how were the weaker notes recorded not to have tapenoise matter - and notes fading were really bad.
But really nice sounding apart from that...
