A lot of work on Jarre's sound and on the composition as well as on your personal touch and variations ! Really a great tribute to Jean-Michel Jarre ! Bravo !fartybreath wrote:https://soundcloud.com/artybreath/oxygene123
Me emulating JMJ - comment if you wish.
I'm impatient to listen to your own interpretation of the second face of the album or of Equinoxe !
And... could you tell us what gear you used ? I'm curious to discover which instruments you used !
Sincerely ! BRAVO ! A very good work !

He uses different names depending on the project. When he was in Wham, he was called George Michel Jarre.Numanoid wrote:So that's his real name?CMT wrote:Jean Michel Jarre: a famous french musician.

I love that laser harp bass too! You could ask his producer Quincy Jeans how they got that sound.Meffy wrote:How can I get the bass sound from "Billie Jean Michel"?

no, you'll just have to use a bunch of vintage analog vst's and learn to tweak them and use them with effects like phasers, flangers, delays etc. etc.classic wrote:I am not looking for ALL his sounds:)
I am just looking for his special trills and riling sparkling spacey sounds that he uses in his tracks.
Is there a vst somewhere that has this sounds as part of his presets.
Just asking:)
classic.
