Here's a roundup of its functions:
- sample oscillators with SFZ support
- multimode filter
- three lfos

- complex modulation matrix
- step sequencer
- effect section with overdrive, equalizer, phaser, chorus, delay and reverb
- free demo soundbank
- additional soundsets available on the Beat magazine DVDs
We hope you enjoy it!

Will there be any way to get the additional soundbanks if you can't get Beat?

made a quick test and all i can say is that i really like Beat Zampler!
1) only 1MB download size, which is fantastic.
2) easy installation - just extract the DLL. awesome.
3) SFZ support works flawlessly! all files loaded without issues.
4) handy interface + some very nice features (mod matrix and effects).
so far it seems like this will be my new go-to SFZ player.
thanks again!

Does this have an arp? I love the arp in DUNE.
Oh, I see an Arp button.
(I gotta stop talking to myself)

This is awesome!
I just made my first SFZ file
Is it somehow possible to share presets for Zampler?
Are the paths to the SFZ files relative? In other words: If I just place the FXP and the SFZ in one folder and send that folder to someone will he be able to open the preset without having to reload the SFZ?
Thanks again for this amazing plugin
Cheers

it can work both ways! if you don't include the drive name (for example c:) in the file path inside the SFZ file, it works relative to where the SFZ file is placed.Bronto Scorpio wrote:Are the paths to the SFZ files relative?
so, if you just say that sample name is "c0.wav", the payer will simply look for c0.wav in the folder where the SFZ file is located.

There is a nice SFZ guide on the Zampler website
But what about the relation between the FXP and the SFZ?
If I'd upload the FXP and the SFZ I just made would someone else be able to open the FXP?
I guess not since Zampler probably won't find the SFZ even if it's in the same folder.
Cheers
