Ha, that's an awesome idea. I was thinking about hacking some modulation into this and it appears Antonio has rolled out the red carpet to modulations / modifications.Bronto Scorpio wrote:I'm glad you like it!kmonkey wrote:Hmm...surely this is one of the best droners i saw in reaktor by far. UI is great sounds are great, options are amazing..
THANK YOU!!!
A very cool feature of Dron-E are the external modulation inputs by the way! It's fun to connect stuff like multibreakpoint envelopes or step sequencers to them!
Antonio will make a video about this feature soon!
Cheers

Stuff like this makes it easier to use Reaktor more like a high level modular system, which is cool!

Within half an hour or so of trying and exploring, you should be able to get it quite fast, it's not that hard once you got how it works and got used to its GUI, don't worry and dive!!Liero wrote:I'm guessing no manual? Oh well, have to try to learn...

Some people asked why the color of the sliders is different on some presets.
Here's how you do it:
You have to be in edit mode to use this feature.
Simply press CTRL + 2 to show the color selector and dial in a color using the RGB numbers, there are also some additional options like gradients and highlight selection:
Now simply press CTRL + 2 to get back to the instrument panel and the sliders should have a new color:
Cheers

What a terrible instrument to discover last thing on a Sunday night - I have work tomorrow dammit !! Just getting to grips with the interface, but I already love the sounds gently pulsing into my ears right now. I can see this getting a lot of use on some projects I already have lined up. Reminds me of Metaphysical Function which is another great soundscaping ensemble I have used many times for inspiration. Thanks for this !
