I know these aren't Paiste, but this is possibly the biggest, best damn cymbal collection out there:

The painful part is that they were an AudioMidi No-Brainer for $25 a little while back!

^ yep : DV Z Pack Zildjian gen 16 two disk set
I'm fortunate to have gotten in on the AMno-brainer & have to say that they sound freaking amazing although the interface/sequencer is kinda klutzy . . .
peace

Pretty sure FXpansion do Zildjian stuff in the BFD expansion packs somewhere.
I know I have some. Not sure if they are the same size or whether crash or ride or might even just be hats.. Can't remember. I have a few expanders, but there is definitely some Zildjian in there.
Anyway, another thing to consider. Have a look here for more info:

Another alternative.
cheers.

All cymbals have sound clips. Only a matter of asking permission to use the samples

BFD2 has a 22" Paiste Ride. But for plugins providing specific sampled cymbals, there's only a relatively small number of possible contenders, I would have thought they would be well-known. What have you looked at already?PsychatoR wrote:depend.

The Zildjian DV collections are great (rather fond of the K Series samples in the S-Pack - I like somewhat less bright/piercing cymbals). I found they made an excellent supplement to the Steven Slate kits. But yeah, using them was difficult. The BFD Eco bundled with the collection didn't work properly on my system...it was periodically triggering really soft hits even when the MIDI notes were at 127 velocity.Mister Natural wrote:^ yep : DV Z Pack Zildjian gen 16 two disk set

If you don't already have BFD, though, the Z-Pack is the only one that includes a player. The other packs don't, which I discovered when I bought the S-Pack first. And yes, I paid the full original price for all that stuff. Argh.

SSD 4 Platinum has sampled paiste. They are very large samples like they should be.

I'd call audio midi maybe they bought a bunch and can sell you one. That software has the core of BFD eco just no drum samples.
