Does anyone knows if there are other magazines except for CM that lets you download their DVD contents? Don't have to be music related 8)

Future Music has some content (some sample packs and the files related to the magazine's tutorials) and Guitarist has some videos and some tabs; then there are "3D Arts" (is that part of the offer?) and "Computer Arts Collection", but I don't know what are the online contents on the vault.

I don't know about the other magazines. :|

You got full version of Zebra, Alchemy, Alpha etc and don't use them? :-o

Interesting, well why keep them if you don't use them, if you would like to give your licenses away, you can PM me  :D

not Alpha, but Albino, and yes, i have Alchemy, Zebra, Diva, Saurus, Minimonsta, etc etc blah blah that i own but dont use (at least very rarely)

all NFR, so you're out of luck.

i was looking for something diff for inspiration, as i dont really do any computer music these days (just live stuff with my band)but there isnt much in the vault.

its not a big deal

Another important question, when will the new issue of CM come out?
I want to save some credit for it.

So if you haven't already got a CM subscription, don't spend all your 18 credits at once, save one for the next CM issue ;)
Touche !

Well, what did you expect to find in the vault of a magazine devoted to Computer Music? No suprises there ;)

If you actually read the text you quoted....

Yeah I did, but you already got the high end plugs, and new ones too like Saurus, so how did you think CM Vault could top that?

CM Vault is for newbies, or people looking to complement their setup.

A bit of a deception in the middle of a really nice gift!

Since the vault system is only for N°182 and onward, maybe Diversion isn't part of any downloadable archive?
the CM 'studio' got rebranded as cm 'plugins' a short while ago. A lot of older plugins got removed due to support and compatibility issues, and the only ones remaining have to be multi platform (pc AND mac)

Diversion is not multiplatform, so is currently removed. I think Dmitry posted here to say that hes doing a mac version now and it will be back in the plugin pack when hes done it.

For reference, the last full pc plugin pack was around 530 meg, and now its around 300 so quite a bit got ditched.

Redeem the code here - not at the usual website...i did that too

http://zinio-offers.com/windows8/

it will take you to the offered magazines...
Ah so it's limited to those? I was trying to buy from the main site after reading Vitamin D's post. Cheers! :)
Oh you misunderstood what I said.
Yep.
It is ok.. I probably shouldn't have mentioned the randomized 10 dollar credit. Sorry about that.

The vault says access to content for any issues you own so I though that meant it wasn't just a bundle common to all issues, but specifically for each mag. ie. I bought a digital issue last autumn but can't use that to access the latest content (wolfram, synthmaster etc) but would need a newer issue.

So, you may be able to get the latest software with the freebie mag.

I think. :)

Last I checked (couple of weeks ago) they weren't claiming ANY issue you own. They had a limited selection (maybe 6 or 7 past) available. Well.. the CM studio content at least, you don't get the magazine at the vault.

Please, go login and view the list. You can view the drop down list even if you don't own any CM magazines to see which one's content they offer.
Oops just saw this. :)

No worries VitaminD, free is free and i could use some of that right now!:D

I picked Future music as well and that has a vault too which is cool, some sampler packs from loopmasters and beatport and i was eyeing up their collections just yesterday.

I just started using Alchemy again as well so the CM player is a nice bonus. Yep, wolfram et all are included. Anyway nice post xmas freebie, cheers bpblog! :tu:
