yes and it becomes $75 with three toontrack products in cart.. so effectively you can get a midi pack for free and a heavy discount on an expansion.

The thing is if this is a boxed product, it's of no use. I thought it was completely downloadable but audiodeluxe don't ship here andi have no intention to pay $50 even if they do.

Superior is a shipped product and so are all the SDX's. They have downloadable versions - but these are just like "light" versions and are meant to keep you going until your DVDs arrive.

so after all that, with ridiculous shipping prices in all usa stores, i scored the superior drummer upgrade INCLUDING ship for a total cost of $92 AUD from timespace.com

that was worth it.

Good move, I went the EZ -> Superior path a year or so back and have never looked back, it gives you much more control - even with the standard EZ expansion kits

A few minutes with Superior Drummer and EZDrummer is now mothballed. The recent AD deal was irresistible.

The only way to truly utilize the TD 20 and 30 is SD2. Best hihat articulation options available in my opinion. Also very realistic many velocity layers and great sampled kits. Probably my favorite part is the midi library and how easy it is to build up drum tracks by drag and drop from vsti to daw.

OT a bit, but relevant, what do people think of addictive drummer? I am a HUGE fan of addictive keys, that and pianoteq are my go to pianos always (depending on project's available cpu/memory dictates which i go for, if plenty of both i can barely ever choose lol!)

I just presume that XLN audio drums would be of super quality.

Pretty excited about superior.. i didn't get any expansions as i decided to wait till the next big sale.. first thing is to get to grips with it and it comes with 20GB of content so surely some of that is already awesome..

I do like the idea of dry kits that are not processed much.. I want to shape my own sound where possible
