first the percussions, what type of percussions are they using mostly? are there nice packs?

pads/drones
the drones are mostly evolving very nice and have some kind of special reverb setting.

the slow wobbling bass
well not so hectic like the standard dubstep but more sine bass with lfo modulation?

Sounds like lots of foley and fx style sounds for his percussion. Stuff like gunshots and clicks and anything that you can get your hands on really. The more interesting the better. A lot of his tunes use sidesticks and rimshots with lots of reverb.

In interviews he says that samples old garage tunes for drums. You could do the same or use stuff like the Goldbaby sample packs. I think some of his recent ones (Urban Cookbook) have been geared towards that kind of area. A huge part of his percussion is not just the sounds he uses but how he uses them. It almost sounds cliche now but 'turn off the grid' and be more loose with placing hits. That's the most important part really.

Nearly all of his pads etc are sampled from somewhere, especially video game soundtracks and sci fi films. You could try recording a few phrases a synth like Absynth (or anything that is good at evolving pads) and try some resampling. Pitch it up/down, reverse it, drench it in reverb. All about being creative really.

He uses a lot of reese bass sounds that are most likely sampled from old garage or drum and bass tunes. Plenty of tutorials online for reese bass out there. Sample one note, throw it in a sampler and work from there. Again it's all about experimenting.
