I'd love to hear people's opinion as I had tons of fun making it.

I just really hope you can optimize it just a hair bit more in the CPU department & an internal patch browser. Besides that, OB-XD is a great synth! Thanks for taking it over & keeping it alive, GeorgeGeorge wrote: There should be promising news regarding OB-Xd. Stay tuned!

I see OBXD has been taken on by discoDSP .
if a new version ever gets released here's my FR's:
+ the hidden features like filter self osc and inverted envelope added to the GUI
+ PWM to Envelope knob (only for osc2 like the Pitche Env) for sh-101 sounds
a quick sketch of where they could be added.

I think the synth you're looking for is OBXXX, AKA OBNON.
Free plug-ins for Windows, MacOS and Linux. Xhip Synthesizer v8.0 and Xhip Effects Bundle v6.7.

Ok, we've got a little beta update for you KVR people to test Check the ReadMe file for details.

FXB bank browser seems to work fine and feedback is welcome. The Skin browser has been pulled until we implement a way to store the selected one.
Please notice the working Data folder has changed from ~/Documents/OB-Xd/ to ~/Documents/discoDSP/OB-Xd/
Cheers,
George.

Okay, I have to ask why. That code-base has been Linux-compatible for quite some time.discoDSP wrote:I can't compile Linux right now. Will do it in Beta 2 or final release.
