Don't have to post for that, just click the link lower left named 'Watch this topic for replies' on any thread. Unfortunately I think it's just for one reply until you visit the thread again (while logged in). New forum update next week so maybe this will be improved.

Snowflakes tumble in the half-light as the sun whispers a parting promise of a new beginning.
I've really enjoyed using Spectral and I'm pleased to say that I've purchased it.

I had almost given up on having a submission this OSC, with December being so
ridiculously busy and you guys already having such amazing submissions, but
tonight, last night in town, I drank enough to convince myself what the heck
and pushed out a mixdown. Alas tis rough.
Overall I found Spectral seems like a very capable synth that should be able
to do anything. Yes there were a few glitches and, in the end, some serious
CPU demands. The mixdown ran at about 1.7 times slower than realtime.
Nevertheless, a fun toy.
Studio One Producer 2.6 x86
Spectral x86 x10
Presonus Pro EQ x2
Voxengo Tube Amp x1
Presonus Compressor x2
Presonus Limiter x1
Presonus Spectrum Meter x1 (although I totally forgot to look at it)
Audiodamage RoughRider x1
Happy Holidays everyone! Looking forward to more great tracks as the year concludes.

Woohoo the new site is up! So, belatedly... my entry:
https://soundcloud.com/pedalsteeldrummer/stay-classy
"Stay Classy"
Ron and the boys popped 'round for an impromptu jam session. Happy 2014!
TRACK NOTES:
Created for the KVR One-Synth-Challenge 58: Spectral.
All sounds from LinPlug's Spectral synthesiser plugin. Most of the patches used in this track are edited factory presets; I created a couple of my own sounds from scratch.
12 instances of LinPlug Spectral. Mixed/mastered in Cockos Reaper 4.581/64 with native fx (ReaComp, ReaEQ, ReaXcomp, ReaVerbate, JS: LOSER/MGA_JSLimiterST) and free fx (Voxengo Marvel GEQ, Klanghelm DC1A, Klanghelm IVGI).

Ah finally the forum is up again
Since the forum went down over a week before the deadline it was obviously not possible for all to announce their entries as usual so the rule to so will have to be waived, but please do the write-up here anyway as it's nice for all to see how you made your track etc.
The normal voting period has been halved, but should still be able to get all done before the 16th so let's keep the normal deadline. It means that it's..
Time to vote:
All tracks are here
RULES:
- Give ALL entries a score from 5 to 1 (where 5 is best). The scale can be used freely (several songs can have 5 etc). Max 1 point to your own entry.
- Write a post in this thread saying you have voted. (a single word 'voted' is enough)
- Voting is open to anyone.
- Last day for voting is 15th January (KVR time).
- If you have entered in the competition, you must vote to be eligible for prizes.
- To vote, you must have had 40 prior forum posts before competition start, or have participated in this month's contest.
- In the case of equal scores after voting, entries will be separated by how many 5 pts they got, then 4 pts and so on.
- All votes and results will be published after the deadline.
HOW TO VOTE:
- Vote by clicking in this form here:
Voting form
- To make sure voters are who they say they are, you must write a post in this thread saying you have voted. (writing the single word 'voted' is enough)
- If you have made an error when voting, do it again but add the word 'revote' or similar after your name.
Voting tools:
- A bookmarklet that adds soundcloud tracks to the OSC voting form in the appropriate locations so you can play the tracks while voting. (made by Z.prime)

Hi all,
Great learning-experience for me this month. Spectral is a very powerful synth indeed. Too many hours just noodling designing custom filter shapes
https://soundcloud.com/hehirman/g-o-m-b
Synth: Spectral 1.0 (30 Tracks/Instances ...all bounced to audio)
DAW: Podium 3.2.0
Mastering was a bit rushed on this one.... ;(
Honestly, if it sounds any good at all to your ears it's only because I slapped Limiter N0.6, Density III and Ferric TDS on the Master bus and dialed in some presets...
Other FX:
Density III, Boot Eq and Ferric TDS from Variety of Sound
Limiter No.6 from Vladg Audio
jsCompShaper
Flux BitterSweet and StereoTool
TAL Reverb II
Parametri-Q Lite
ClipShifter
Lookahead Limiter by C. Budde
Got some listening to do now
