@dformd: I had about half of those links already. But you have quite a few in there I hadn't heard of (like Nodewerk & Nodebox) so a big "Thank You" for sharing.

So... thanks for the info. Now I'm looking for synths to work with these generatives. I'm looking for solid synths with enough parameters to produce a rich sound, not the more complex ones who might require too much tweaking in case of wanting to modify the sound, not the simplest one, which can only produce the most basic-rough substractive sounds. Most surely there's already a post for this. Thx.

Hey mate,

It's nice to see you around here.

I've been using your Nova3 plugin for quite a while. It's simply outstanding, no joke.

Once you learn how to play it, things get really interesting...I've been getting pretty interesting results routing it to AAS Chromaphone..Crazy stuff, similar to UAKTI (Brazilian Band).

Thanks for making your plugins available for free. I really appreciate your efforts.

Cheers,

Raf.

getting anything "not overtly generated" out of the resources i've seen is probably going to be a pretty full time task.. i'd suggest applying your effort directly to the result you want (eg. recording half a dozen tracks for your latest video or whatever).

there are a bunch of unmentioned vst for generating note data, et c. but it's going to take work to wrangle a bunch of sequences into something that sounds like music.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

Yeah, well, I got the hunch of posting this here. But I also search for standalone programs, if anyone can mention them. And to be plain: my interest is in fully generative sound and motion graphis, with available presets and user made files, so I can already have content available. Therefore, if the tweaking is friendly enough I'll go into it, but I will require some basic customization, to befriend the mood of the output, to the tastes of my liking, such as pitch, tempo, maybe scales, instruments, and why not, some into changes, like frequency of variations, etc.

well my interest is not in proper callabale music, but more like musical landscapaes. The thing has 2 reasons. Theres been too many years since too a few bands released records that i like, and im listening music in a forceful way, already. other is that im opening a massage sessions schedule, so i wanted some background melodic nice, if not musical, sound to the sessions. I, additionally, fancied some visuals for sophistications sake, and as i said something as simple as the windchimes vst does it for me, but id like more variety than a windchimed sound, and, again, if not music, id like something with so-called musical elements in it, like percussion sounds and note scales. not lizzard scales.

Just posted to Music Cafe generative AV composition I've created with Reaktor, Nova>Harmless, Nova>Rapture...
For visual content I was using J-Wildfire fractal program and After Effects for fractal background.
