+1 about Massive. It has and can do many kinds of pad, but for Reaktor, I like JP-4c.
Other than Massive and outside of NI domain, I really like Retrologue for 'classic' pads the most followed by Korg synths (great synths for very reasonable prices and with little cpu usage).
