Make sure you run your host as an user with administration rights, if you have installed it to the specified folders... and if you're logged on user hasn't administration rights. If you don't know why, right-click the host's executable, and choose "Run as administrator".

The z3ta+ 2 default programs folder is:

C:\Cakewalk Content\Z3TA 2\Programs

The VST plugins path may have been instructions for z3ta+ 1.0 patches...

Nevertheless, could you tell me how to solve the problem?

Put the z3ta+ 2 programs you want to use in this folder:

C:\Cakewalk Content\Z3TA 2\Programs

The other instructions you have seem to be incorrect, they might have been for z3ta+ version 1.

Where is your folder Programs with the content Factory Content? And where is the folder Z3Ta+ Classic Content? This folder must be also in the folder Programs. In my case the installer created by default a folder named Cakewalk Content with the subfolder Z3TA+ and there is the folder Programs.

In my case the installer didn't creat Cakewalk content folder by default. First folder is Z3Ta+ which is in Vst Plugins. Of course, I have a folder named 'Programs' in which the factory presets are but when I put the other presets into the same one I can't use them in my DAW.

What does that mean "can't use them in my DAW"? Which DAW are you using?
Do you see the bank "Z3TA+ Classic Content" in the header section?
Did you try Z3TA also in stand alone?
