I received a reply from Jim, with the same information that the said Simon. (about that latest update for TimewARP 2600 does not support iLok, ant that The most recent version that supports iLok is version 1.53, which is available on our website), also asked what operating system I use and whether I have the registration code.
I replied, that I only have a ilok license, said what system I use, and mentioned that the latest Windows version (which can be downloaded from Way out ware site) has some problems during installation and some issues during use, and I believe that I have the right to obtain the this update.
Also i made\attach screenshots confirming the legal existence of the license.
After that I have not received any response.
Not so important, what type protect system now, and who helps redistribute it.
The person who has a license - should receive the update. Folks (air and wow) , this is normal.
IF we are not talking about the upgrade to the next version of the plugin (TimewARP 2 for example). But even in this case, the license user as a rule can count on some bonuses.
But in our case - it turns out that the license does not mean anything at all. It's just a shame.
Well, not matter. (maybe i attach too much importance to the license. Behind the times?).
