Cool, thanks for the clarification, Manuel. I figured it must be that it's difficult to implement since, lets be honest, Avenger has pretty much anything else you can think of except for Harmor style in-depth additive synthesis.

Myself, I'd be okay with some.extra cpu consumption if it meant parallel filtering, but then I've got a dedicated machine with a good processor.

- How can I combine patches? I tried copy & paste on the oscillators but it doesn't seem to copy all settings, not even the wavetable. I'm talking mainly about sound designing my own patches, not about combining factory sounds. E.g. I want to add a Stab I created earlier to a new patch I'm working on, combine both sounds...

Well, you can't copy modulations. If Patch 1 uses Osc1, Arp1 & ModEnv1 and Patch 2 uses Osc1, Arp1 & ModEnv1 pasting
the Osc1 (with all modulation) from Patch 2 to Osc2 in Patch 1 will result in all sort of conflicting/overwriting stuff.
You can only copy the Oscs within the same patch, but you can't add from an existing patch to a new patch.

- Is there a guide to CPU? It seems a bit random to me, I'm an experienced Falcon User, but Falcon to me seems more predictable about CPU usage. E.g. I wanna save CPU, I reduce the VCS count - but it doesn't do much. Then I add just an LFO parameter modulation - CPU goes up. In Falcon it's pretty much "More Voices More CPU".

Somehow the CPU usage varies also according to the GPU needs, as the entire GUI is "live". Different people with different PC's report different things so that's for you to experiment. Worth checking the CPU usage with GUI open and then with GUI closed.

I've got a GTX 1080 in that system, so it's probably not the bottleneck in my case. But I'll check like you suggested.

Another thing though: Right now NI Maschine crashes every time when I quit it, if the project had VPS Avenger loaded. Here's what VS Debugger says, hopefully the Devs read here:

Hi, I did a search in the manual and already forgot the state of development:

Is there a midi export or midi out/midi record function in Avenger, so I can export drum sequences?

Also I have a question:

If a kick is delayed negatively, let's say by -1ms. Will the plugin then introduce a PDC of 1ms? Or will it be so clever and negatively delay on the vst transport sync? What about then at the song beginning?

EDIT: Also next question: Does the internal limiter fx use attack 0 or a tiny bit of attack? Trying to rebuild it with other VSTs....

- The midi export/import already was implemented long time ago. Just rightclick on the lower area in the DrumSQ

- A negative delay on the first note in the internat DrumSQ is impossible and will be ignored. It will be hearable only after the first complete cycle.

- The limiter uses 0 (brickwall

It's not working. I tried 3 times to download the file. I then uncompressed, but when I try to import into Avenger, I get a message that the file is either corrupted or incomplete and to download again.
