Thanks to this thread I actually went on a free synth downloading binge. I hadn't even downloaded any other synths in the CM vault other than Bazille CM so I finally checked those out and found some goodies.

It really is amazing what you have at your disposal for free with the likes of TyrellN6, Bazille CM, Aalto CM, Dune CM, Charlatan (only just discovered this one!), Synth1, OBXD, Cobalt etc.

The first one gets updates every time a new (or updated) free plugin is released. The second one not so much, but I guess you all already know about how awesome is the VST4Free archive, right?

Unfortunately so many of those plugins are 32 bit only, hence me appreciating threads at KVR like this one

They still put new plugins in both 32 and 64 bits, that just depends on how the plugin developers make it.

Beat magazine had the full version of Tone2 Filterbank v3.3 on their DVD for a while, it can be used as synth or FX plugin and be updated to the latest version - nice.
