Horrendous download speeds in the service center - so I just downloaded the files manually from the Arturia site - and it was OK.
Maybe it's just the spiffy new service center that's screwed up...

It was a little slow, but the main thing that was confusing to me was having to pick a plugin folder for the 32-bit plugins, but I don't use them. I didn't see a way to just skip over that besides selecting a folder, so I just picked another folder I have for 32-bit. I don't really use those much anymore TBH.

You should be able to uncheck 32-bit as an option, and not have to select a folder if you don't use them.

It was too slow to continue yesterday for me. Downloaded like a champ today. Maybe try again today.

Huge blue screen crashes on Windows 10 in standalone. Testing within DAW now.

Edit- fine, but slow load in my DAW (compared to previous version).

Any attempt to load standalone causes a BSOD. I have all the products. Loading previous versions works fine.

Download & Update was done in 1,5 hours from Germany. It runs without problems on Windows 10 and Cubase 8.5 Pro.

Somehow I am convinced that my crash is related to drivers. Here:

1. EWQL Play 5 crashes in standalone with Focusrite drivers. If I install ASIO4ALL drivers, I can get it to load fine. I can even switch to my Focusrite drivers without a crash. If I delete ASIO4ALL drivers, even after switching using the above method, Play 5 will crash. Reinstalling ASIO4ALL allows the standalone to work.

2. With Arturia, reverse the above. Removing the ASIO4ALL drivers enables me to run Arturia in standalone mode (with my Focusrite drivers). Reinstalling ASIO4ALL (so the EWQL Play will work) causes a BSOD with this error- Stop Mode: Driver IRQL (Not less or equal).

Fortunately I rarely run stuff in standalone mode. I do not feel this is an ASIO4ALL issue, but rather a Focusrite issue. I have the Scarlett 6x6 and as far as I know with V1 they have never made separate Windows 10 drivers (they still rely on Windows 8.1 driver). But even when I was running Windows 8.1, Play would crash. Several folks from other forums (yes there are other forums, heh) apparently have experienced this as well.

How it relates to Arturia, I do not know, and was hoping someone was willing to test ASIO4ALL drivers in standalone (and preferably if they had Focusrite as well). If you are up to it, post the results here. Maybe we can take it to Arturia.
