Yes, it's iLok. If the installer doesn't accept the license key for some reason, you can register it in the iLok License Manager.
I ALWAYS register iLok activation codes with the iLok manager before I even start the installer. Installs can have any number of problems and I have just found that things generally go more smoothly by having the license available before the install.

I've never had a problem with an install requiring iLok license manager using that method.
