After taking a couple of months off I really wanted to get a track finished by the end of the year.
During the process of this month I had a decent start (though I really don't understand these 3 synths very well) and got busy with other things while thinking I had lots of time over the holidays to finish it up.
Well, decided a few days ago to gift myself a new apartment. So now I am super busy and am at the point where the studio must come apart. Doubtful I would have more time to work on this before year's end and who knows if my DAW will work after attempting to reassemble it
Reaper 5.62
36 tracks
59 FX
Mix of tweaked presets and INIT.
14@FB-3100
2@FB-3200
5@FB-3300
11@ReaEQ
3@NP1136, ReaComp
2@ReaXcomp, TAL Filter 2, Density and A1TriggerGate
1@Nova67P, Abstract Chamber, Ambient Reverb, Molot, Sanford Reverb, LoudMax64, Fracture, ReaDelay, MSpectralPan and MAutopan
Monitoring FX JS:Oscilloscope, JS: Goniometer and SPAN
Any and all feedback is welcome.
Thanks.

DAW:
- Cakewalk Sonar Platinum
Synths:
- 6x Fullbucket FB-3100
FX:
- 1x Overloud TH2 Producer (equalizer & reverb)
- 1x Overloud TH3 (delay)
- 5x ProChannel (equalizer)
- 1x Sonitus Multiband
- 1x Sonitus Compressor
Didn't understand that I could've used FB-3100, FB-3200 and FB-3300 in the same track.
Well, doesn't matter: Obviously, the other submissions are much better, either way.

Hi all,
here's my submission. Quite difficult for me but it was very challenging and exciting to work with this plug-in. I didn't take the time to deepen the functionalities of the plug-in but i found very easy to use and stable.

Okay, here it is, my very first contribution to the OSC:
https://soundcloud.com/mccnex/mccnex-9th-house
If it matters... the title is inspired a bit by ancient vedic astrology called 'jyotish', studied and presented to me by my very good friend.
Made with Cubase Artist 9 + notebook + headphones and Arturia Minilab. After work
VST instruments used:
FB-3200 x18
FB-3100 x7
FB-3300 x1
VST effects used:
Steinberg MonoDelay x4
GFM Psypan x4
Steinberg RoomWorks SE x3
Loudmax x3
Dead Duck Overdrive x3
Stonevoices Ambient Reverb x2
Steinberg StereoDelay x2
Saford Bass Tightener x2
GVST Space x2
Dead Duck AutoPan x2
Steinberg Compressor x2
Steinberg Brickwall Limiter x2
Voxengo SPAN x1
Tokyodawn Feedback Compressor x1
LVC PhreePhuzz x1
Gonio3 x1
Audioassault Headcrusher Free x1
Auburn Sounds Panagement x1
Signaldust Abstract Chamber x1
Please don't get too high with your expectations especially on mixing/production aspect. I am still learning these things.
I would be grateful if anyone more experienced with the OSC took a look and checked if I managed to submit this tune correctly (downloads and creative commons licence selected) and also if all is cool on the selection of plugins.
Any comments welcome!
Alright... Cheers!

My advice: I haven’t checked it all out but be sure that all your free third party plugins are still free and available. Feel free to ask on this forum for alternatives if needed.
Good luck on the challenge!

Hi BJ and everybody,
stumbled across this little gem: Fathom Synth https://www.fathomsynth.com/
Fathom It's a semi-modular synth which comes with a free monophonic version. The limitations of the free version are a.) obviously polyphony, i.e. the lack of and b.) wavedraw cannot be saved. I think the monophonic version could be used for an upcoming OSC.
Check out the website of Fathom which come with a lot of tutorials.
Reading from the "Instruments" forum the developer is very interested in user feedback and the response time o bug reports and feature requests is quite short (http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=482501)
And there's even a KVR special price for the full version...I think you're able to find that yourself.
Best Regards

I do remember checking this synth out when it was first released, and while I was impressed with the UI and concept, I thought the actual sound was on the weak/thin side.] Peter:H [ wrote:] Off:Topic [ - ] Up:coming Synths [ ?

What's the usual procedure for updating an entry so the latest one is available? I don't have a pro account on Soundcloud where I can just update the sound file, so should I make a new post on soundcloud or do i delete the old track and can I then replace it with the new file with the same info and URL?
Thanks all...

That's what I had to do (option 2), which prompted me to get a pro account because I didn't want to lose the comments ..MalToné wrote:What's the usual procedure for updating an entry so the latest one is available? Just delete the original from SoundCloud and load up your new track with the same name. SC will give it the same link your track had before.MalToné wrote:What's the usual procedure for updating an entry so the latest one is available? If somehow it doesn’t, post again with the new link

OK, successfully updated my entry: https://soundcloud.com/chavapoulos/full-bucket-fantasia (same URL as the old file)
I just fiddled with the mix a bit so the section at 1:08 is the loudest part.
Here's a little more information on the track I didn't mention before: Mostly presets were used and a few tweaked presets like the metal pad at 1:37.
