Not really intuitive to do...

Set up your "On" modulation like this:

And turn your master volume down to "0"

You'll get volume sensitive velocity.

This synth sounds really cool so it makes me even more unhappy to say I got these issues too :(
I use jBridger + Cubase Artist 9 x64 @ Win 7 Pro.

also Protracker 3.62 @ Amiga 1200 / WinUAE

I'm trying to make some basic FM via the Modulation Busses, but it comes out as if the modulator (Osc 3) is detuned or something. I'm probably misunderstanding how it works - any tips?

I've been a fan of this synth since I downloaded it the other week. Sometimes it hogs RAM but it sounds lovely

DAW: FL Studio 11 Signature Bundle

Very nice! :tu:
If this is what a free software synth can sound like in capable hands, it's amazing to me that people still pay thousands of dollars to get that sound.
Well said. Pilotredsun has shown what capable hands can do. I often saw that at the camera store when I worked there: In one photographers hands the $150 camera could take just as good of pictures as the $5,000 camera.

Thanks jasinski. Good to have it, but sad that it takes up the modulation slot.
Failure is success in progress.

Finally got an early melody going, this synth sounds incredible. It's as modern as you want to make it.

It's a bummer to hear about the problems people are having. Running on Reaper in Windows 10 and having no issue at all. Fun synth.

To be fair we are talking a formerly paid synth plus 22 different FX :)

I tried various settings, ASIO drivers to make it working right in Cubase but nothing helped. Hung, missing notes is what I get all the time. I'll wait until any solution comes or even skip the compo if it doesn't.

Wow, stuck and missing notes like a mofo! Yea, I can't work like this either... Reaper x64

That filter "spacing" is pretty nifty tho. The dirty, oscillating syrup is hard to resist. Might have to just leave a note hanging and do some droney knob jammin....

Even though it is only supported for 10.12, I know people have used this on earlier Mac OS's (at least 10.11), but I don't know if anybody has tried taking it back as far as 10.9. By the way, have you tried Ardour? Free for Mac and supports VST. I'm thinking of giving it a try myself.

Any news on the missing notes bug?

Has anybody already given Viper a try? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=470486
Unbelievable, that a guy spends 3 years to build synth before releasing it to he public...
