my Sonitus EQ from the sonitus plugin bundle, last updated in 2007, i believe.
used on nearly every channel of every track i've made.
And now Image line have decided that FL doesnt need to load DX plugins anymore, the latest FL updated completely crashes every song file i've ever made. thanks guys!

oldest plugin i still use would have to be the Waves Q10 released in 1992. i didn't buy it in 1992 and it has been updated but fact still remains that it is the oldest i think. cheers

I'm pretty sure there was a VST version for Sonitus FX Plugin Suite (Cakewalk?) available years ago.
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Murnau, yep, you're right. the installer gives the choice of dx or vst, but the vst was always a bit buggy for me, and crashed FL numerous times. but the dx was solid, so unfortunately, i switched to dx when i moved from sonar to FL.

one thing that really annoys me though, there was no mention in any FL update about them ditchng dx, and i spent days trying to troubleshoot my projects, trying to find out why they were crashing, and thats precisely the reason i switched from sonar to FL. weeks of sonar crashes.

Roland Cloud VSTs.

Sorry I had to do it.... Great sounding plugins but very old fashioned GUIs unfortunately. Otherwise, I'm still rocking the Korg M1 and Wavestation.

The only new stuff I use is airwindows and reaper , the rest is all older software released 2001 - 2015

The oldest could be synth1 , but I could be wrong
