I was referring to the pattern (notes) not the sound. I don't think the sounds produced by playing a preset are covered by copyright, though the patch data itself would be. I was of course, joking. And taking a poke at the lameness of the guilty party...

I knew that of course. Just it raised the question to me. Using the preset sequence in a commercial tune, now that really is just lame.

can stuff like this be made with any freeware synths? did you automate the oscillating resonance or is it a part of your vsti? Let me know :)
