has anybody had any problems with east wests symphonic orchestra silver ,

Mine installed ok but just won't start up in cubase sx2.2 . i press F11 and its in my vst list but when i click on it nothing happens , i got the latest update too.
Strange thing is it works just fine on my laptop but not on my desktop ,
i got intouch with NI support who told me the dll. might be faulty and told me to install it again , i did but it still doesn't work.
Im running exactly the same software on my laptop as my desktop so i presume it can't be a conflict.

Any answers anybody ?
