Is it time for the special versions of Kompakt to at least look like a place you want to spend time?

it's also terribly unintuitive. the patch browsing system annoys the hell out of me.

Second on both counts for the stock Kompakt, too - ugly, unintuitive, annoying patch browser... I like the samples, though.

Please specify why it is ugly and unintuitive, please. I'm being direct, not snide, I am interested in particular about the unintuitive issue and why the browser is a problem.
