Hi folks,
hi Peter!
Question: how can i setup the saving-path of the patches?
i know how to setup the "factory library path", but when i want to save a patch always the "my presets"-folder appear.
what to do?
greetings from germany

Thats the idea, its always in the lib so you can load it. Why you want to save elsewhere ?

hi, thanks.
ok, i could save it in "mypresets":)
but if i'd like to save the patches in another folder, i.e. for different soundbanks or projects, i want to choose the destination.
with cronox3 this worked as i remember...
it's not that big problem

Well you can navigate to a different location, but it will always default back to myPresets

Ok, got it. Yep. But just make "My presets" your favorite and you're done (Thats my joke in return). But I hear you.

Hi Peter,
it took me some time, but I finally upgraded to CrX4.
It's kinda funny, as my inital thoughts have matured from "OMG, what the hell..." to "mmm..." and finally "Well, it does make sense, and somehow
CronoX 3 looks dated now..."
I took the opportunity to get rid of some older sounds,
whose I kept seem to work fine in CrX4.
Nonetheless some suggestions:
+1 for GUI scaling, though I'm OK with the size of CrX4,
except for the font in the FX section and for the labels of the
generators, arp and filters.
It's just so damn tiny and looks blurry.
Browser: What do you think about moving the button (cross) from the left side to the right side.
And what about a maybe lighter green for the background, so the banks and presets could be read a little better ?
FX-Section: couldn't help myself thinking, that it would be neat sometimes,
to quickly disable some effects, maybe via a rigth-click on the buttons at the right side ?
Reverb and Chorus: what about a Low Cut for the reverb
(can get quite boomy IMHO)
and some kind of freq threshold for the chorus, so one could
leave the lower frequencies untouched ?
Just some thoughts,
else I enjoy the new version, won't go back.
Cheers

Fortunately, CronoX is an instrument dedicated to the ears.

CRX 4 is better in every way. It's way faster loading, sounds great as usual and uses less cpu than 3. I haven't even opened 3 since DLd 4. I love it! Nice job...
