Three really good videos below Intro to Synthesis Part 1, 2 and 3 by Dean Friedman. Each of the videos has a running time of approx one hour, so there's three hours of synthesis introduction in total. Although a little bit dated (as in 1988 or thereabout) the general principles of sound is still the same.
