if you like it, who cares what the official toponomy is? The rhythm is simple "Boom Tikka Boom Chi". You don't need tutorials, just take this song and try to remake it the best you can. Then do that for two other simular songs. Then you have production experience in that genre and you'll spot simularities.

Dancehall, but dancehall is a very varied genre. More specifically, the title has the word ragga which I guess was 80s-90s dancehall using MIDI electronics. I guess technically pretty much all dancehall made today is ragga, but Jamaicans just seem to call it dancehall these days and never use the word "ragga" anymore.

I love dancehall (and reggaeton) but never really saw any tutorials for it so I can't recommend any. I guess I did almost what BertKoor suggests and remade some tracks, though I didn't do the whole things - just some sequences to use in a band that also had live instruments. I'd say start with "Lo que paso paso" for reggaeton since it has a lot of the basic elements and is very very simple. For dancehall maybe "Jeans and fitted" or if you want more old-school "Dat sexy body"/"Deport dem" (both are on the Bookshelf riddim).
